ཨ་རིའི་བྱིས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རང་ལོ་དགུའི་སྔོན་དུ་ངེས་པར་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་དགོས་པའི་གུས་ལུགས་ཉེར་ལྔ།
རྟ་ནག་སྐལ་བཟང་ལུང་རིགས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར།
1 When asking for
something, say “Please.”
གུས་ལུགས་དང་བོ། གཞན་ལ་གཏམ་རྨེད་པའི་ཐོག་མར"ལགས"ཞེས་བསྙད་པར་བྱའོ།།
2. When receiving
something, say “thank you.”
གུས་ལུགས་གཉིས་པ། དངོས་པོ་གང་ཞིག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ལག་ཏུ་འབྱོར་ཚེ་ཕ་རོལ་ལ"ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ"ཞེས་གསོལ་བར་བྱའོ།།
3. Don't interrrupt
grown-ups who are speaking with each other unless there is an emergency. They
will notice you and respond when they are finished talking.
གུས་ལུགས་གསུམ་པ། བསམ་ཡུལ་ལས་འདས་པའི་དོན་རྐྱེན་བྱུང་ན་ནི་དེར་ཟད། གཞན་དུ་ན་མི་ཆེན་པོ་དག་གི་གླེང་མོལ་ལ་གློ་རྡེག་ཏུ་བར་ཆད་གཏོང་བར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། ཁོ་ཚོའི་མོལ་མཆིད་ཀྱི་མཇུག་གྲུབ་དུས་ཁྱེད་ལ་དགོས་ངེས་ཀྱི་ལན་ལྡོན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།།
4. If you do need to
get somebody's attention right away, the phrase“excuse me” is the most polite
way for you to enter the conversation.
གུས་ལུགས་བཞི་བ། གལ་སྲིད་ཕ་རོལ་བོས་ཁྱེད་ལ་མཉམ་འཇོག་བགྱིས་མེད་པའི་དུས་སུ་དེ་དང་གཏམ་འཆད་དགོས་ཚེ་ཆེས་ལེགས་པའི་གུས་ཞབས་མཚོན་ཚིག།
"དགོངས་པ་མ་ཚོམས། ཁྱེད་ལ་ཐུགས་སུན་བཟོ་དགོས་བྱུང"ཞེས་སུ་གདོན་པར་བྱའོ།།
5 When you have any
doubt doing something, ask permission first. It can save you from many hours of
grief later.
གུས་ལུགས་ལྔ་བ། གང་ཞིག་བསྒྲུབ་ན་འགྲིག་མིན་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་ཚེ། ཐོག་མར་དྲི་བརྩད་བགྱིས་ཏེ་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ།
དེ་ལྟར་བགྱིས་ཚེ་དུས་ཡུན་རིང་བོ་ཞིག་ལ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་བྱོལ་ཐུབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།།
6. The world is not
interested in what you dislike. Keep negative opinions to yourself,or between
you and your friends, and out of earshot of adults.
གུས་ལུགས་དྲུག་པ། འཛམ་གླིང་ནི་སྤྲོ་སྣང་ལྡན་པ་ཞིག་མ་ཡིན་པ་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེའི་སྟེང་གི་གང་ལའང་དགའ་བ་མ་གནང་བ་ཡིན་པས། ཁྱེད་དང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གྲོགས་པོའི་བར་གྱི་བསམ་ཚུལ་མི་མཐུན་པ་དག་རྒྱུན་སྐྱོང་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག རྒན་རབས་པའི་ངག་ལ་ཡིད་འཇོག་ལེགས་པར་མཛོད་ཅིག
7Don't comment on
other people's physical characteristics unless, of cuourse, it's to compliment
them, which is always welcome.
གུས་ལུགས་བདུན་པ། རྟག་པར་དང་ལེན་བྱ་ནུས་པའི་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་ན་འོས་པ་ལས། སྐྱེ་བོ་གཞན་གྱི་ཕྱི་ཚུལ་ལ་བལྟས་ནས་སྐྱོན་བརྗོད་པར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག
8.When people ask you how you are, tell them
and then ask them how they are.
གུས་ལུགས་བརྒྱད་པ། སྐྱེ་བོ་གཞན་གྱིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བདེ་འམ་ཞེས་སྙུན་གསོལ་བ་བྱུང་ན།
ཁྱེད་ཅག་བདེ་འམ་ཞེས་ལན་ལྡོན་པར་བྱའོ།།
9. when you have spent time at your
friend's house, remember to thank his or her parents for having you over and
for the good time you had.
གུས་ལུགས་དགུ་བ། ཁྱེད་རང་གྲོགས་པོའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་རྩེད་མོར་ཕྱིན་ཚེ།
གྲོགས་ཀྱི་ཕ་མར་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ཞེས་གསོལ་རྒྱུ་བསྙེལ་མི་རུང་སྟེ། ཁྱེད་ལ་ལྷན་འཛོམས་ཀྱི་དུས་ཚོད་ལེགས་པོ་ཞིག་སྦྱིན་ཡོད་པས་སོ།།
10. Knock on closed doors-and wait to see if
there's a response-before entering.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་བ། གལ་སྲིད་སྒོ་བརྒྱབས་ཡོད་ཚེ། ཐོག་མར་དལ་གྱིས་བརྡུང་བར་བྱ་ཞིང་། ལན་འབྱོར་བར་བསྒུག་པར་བྱ། དེ་ནས་ནང་དུ་གཟུད་པར་བྱའོ།།
11. When you make a
phone call, introduce yourself first and then ask if you can speak with the
person you are calling.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཁ་པར་ལས་གླེང་མོལ་བྱ་བའི་ཐོག་མར་རང་ཉིད་མཚམས་སྦྱར་བར་བྱ་ཞིང་།
དེ་ནས་འབྲེལ་བ་བྱ་ཡུལ་གྱི་མི་དང་གཏམ་གླེང་བྱས་ཆོག་མིན་གྱི་བཀའ་འཁྲོལ་ཞུ་བར་བྱའོ།།
12. Be appreciative
and say “thank you” for any gift you receive. In the age of e-mail, a
handwritten thank-you note can have a powerful effect.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ། ཁྱེད་ལ་ལེགས་སྐྱེས་གང་རུང་ཞིག་འབྱོར་ཚེ། རབ་ཏུ་མཉེས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས"ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ"ཞེས་བསྙད་དགོས་ཏེ།
གློག་རྡུལ་ཡིག་ཟམ་གྱི་དུས་རབས་འདིར་ལག་བྲིས་ཀྱི་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཞུ་བའི་བྱང་བུ་ཞིག་གིས་ཀྱང་རིན་ཐང་བླ་མེད་སྦྱིན་ནུས།
13. Never use foul
language in front of adults. Grown-ups already know all those words, and they
find them boring and unpleasant.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་བསུམ་པ། རང་ལས་ཆེ་བ་དག་གི་མདུན་སར་བརླང་བའི་གཏམ་གཏན་ནས་སྨྲ་བར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། རྒན་པ་དག་གིས་འཆལ་གཏམ་དེ་དག་གི་ནང་དོན་རྟོགས་ནས་ཡོད་ཕྱིར། སུན་སྣང་དང་ཞེན་ལོག་འབྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ།།
14. Don't call people
mean names.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་བཞི་བ། སྐྱེ་བོ་གཞན་ལ་མཚང་མིང་གིས་འབོད་པར་མི་བྱའོ།།
15. Do not make fun of anyone for any reason.
Teasing shows others you are weak, and ganging up on someone else is
cruel.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅོ་ལྔ་བ། མི་ལ་བསྙད་བརྐོ་བས་ནི་རང་ཉིད་ནུས་མེད་ཡིན་པ་མཚོན་ལ། ཤོག་སྒྲིལ་གྱིས་སྐྱེ་བོ་གཞན་ལ་བརྙས་བཅོས་གཏོང་བ་ནི་གདུག་རྩུབ་ཅན་ཡིན་པས། རྒྱུ་རྐྱེན་གང་ཡང་རུང་བ་ཞིག་གི་སླད་དུ་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཆེ་གེ་མོར་འཕྱས་གདགས་པར་མི་བྱའོ།།
16. Even if a play or
an assembly is boring, sit through it quietly and pretend that you are
interested. The performers and presenters are doing their best.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་དྲུག་པ། གྲོས་ལ་ཞུགས་པའམ་གར་ལ་བལྟ་བ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཚེ་ཡིད་སུན་པ་བྱུང་ནའང་། སྔར་བཞིན་རང་གི་སྟན་ལ་ལྷིང་འཇགས་ཀྱིས་འདུག་པར་བྱ། སྐྱེ་བོ་གཞན་དག་ལ་ཁྱེད་རང་སྤྲོ་བ་བདོག་པའི་ཚུལ་བསྟན་པར་བྱ།
འདི་དག་གིས་གར་མཁན་དང་། འཆད་ཁྲིད་པ་གང་ལ་ཡང་འཛད་དུ་མེད་པའི་སྟོབས་ཤུགས་སྦྱིན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།།
17. If you bump into somebody, immediately say“excuse
me.”
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་བདུན་པ། གལ་སྲིད་མི་གཞན་དང་ལམ་བར་དུ་གདོང་གཏུགས་ཐེབས་པ་སོགས་བྱུང་ན།
ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་གློ་རྡེག་ཏུ"དགོངས་པ་མ་ཚོམས"ཞེས་སུ་བསྙད་དགོས་པའོ།།
18. Cover your mouth
when you cough or sneeze, and don't pick your nose in public.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་པ། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་བོའི་དབུས་སུ་ལུད་པ་ལུ་བ་དང་། ཧབ་སྦྲིད་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཚེ་ཁ་སྣ་དགབ་པར་བྱ། ཚོགས་པའི་དབུས་སུ་སྣ་སྦུག་འདྲུ་བར་མི་བྱའོ།།
19. As you walk
through a door, look to see if you can hold it open for someone else.
གུས་ལུགས་བཅུ་དགུ་བ། ཁྱེད་རང་སྒོ་ལམ་དེད་ནས་འགྲོ་དུས་མི་གཞན་ལ་སྒོ་ཕྱེ་དགོས་མིན་བལྟ་བར་བྱའོ།།
20. If you come
across a parent, a teacher, or a neighbor working on something, as if you can
help. If they say“yes”,do so -you may learn something new.
གུས་ལུགས་ཉི་ཤུ་བ། ཅི་སྟེ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡབ་ཡུམ་མམ། བཤེས་གཉེན་ནམ། ཁྱིམ་མཚེས་དག་གིས་ལས་སྒྲུབ་པ་དང་འཕྲད་ཚེ།
"ཕྱག་གཡོག་ཞུ་དགོས་སམ"ཞེས་དྲི་བར་བྱ། གལ་སྲིད"དགོས"ཞེས་གསུང་ཚེ་དེ་ལྟར་མཛོད་དང་། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཤེས་བྱ་གསར་བ་རེ་ངེས་པར་བསླབ་ཐུབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།།
21. When an adult asks you for a favor, do it
without grumbling and with a smile.
གུས་ལུགས་ཉེར་གཅིག་པ། རང་ལས་ཆེ་བ་དག་གིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་རོགས་བྱ་དགོས་མིན་འདྲི་ཚེ།
འཁང་ཚིག་ཅི་ཡང་མེད་པར་འཛུམ་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་བསྒྲུབ་ཏུ་གཞུག་ཆོག་གོ།
22. When someone helps you, say “thank you”. That
person will likely want to help you again. This is especially true with
teachers!
གུས་ལུགས་ཉེར་གཉིས་པ། མི་གཞན་གྱིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་རོགས་བྱ་བ་དང་། གྲོགས་དན་བྱས་ཟིན་པ་དག་གིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་སླད་མར་ཡང་གྲོགས་བྱ་བར་མོས་པ་ལྡན་ཚེ།
"ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ"ཞེས་བསྙད་དགོས་ལ། ཁྱད་པར་དུ་དགེ་རྒན་ལ་དེ་ལྟར་རོ།།
23. Use eating utensils properly. If you are
unsure how to do so, ask your parents to teach you or watch what adults
do.
གུས་ལུགས་ཉེར་གསུམ་པ། ཟས་སྣོད་སོགས་དག་ཡང་དག་པར་ལོངས་སྤྱད་པར་བྱ། ཅི་སྟེ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་དུ་སྤྱད་དགོས་མིན་མི་ཤེས་ཚེ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ལ་དྲིས་ཏེ་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསླབ་ཏུ་གཞུག་པ་དང་།
མི་གཞན་གྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་བྱ་མིན་ལ་བརྟགས་པར་བྱའོ།།
24. Keep a napkin on
you lap; use it to wipe your mouth when necessary.
གུས་ལུགས་ཉེར་བཞི་བ། ཟས་ལ་རོལ་བའི་སྐབས་སུ་གཙང་ཤོག་པུས་མོའི་སྟེང་བཞག་སྟེ།
དགོས་ངེས་ཀྱི་དུས་སུ་བླངས་ཏེ་ཁ་འབྱིད་པར་བྱའོ།།
25. Don't reach for
things at the table; ask to have them passed.
གུས་ལུགས་ཉེར་ལྔ་བ། ཟས་ལ་རོལ་བའི་སྐབས་སུ་མི་གཞན་གྱིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟབས་འོང་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
རང་དགར་གྱིས་ཟས་ཅོག་སྟེང་ལག་པ་བརྐྱངས་ཏེ་བླངས་པར་མི་བྱའོ།།
